Dialing out using a phone's call log

Hello - I have an NBX V5000, and some phones seem capable of making outbound calls using their local call log (because they pre-pend the number 8 to the telephone number, which is required to make an outbound call on my system).  However, other phones do not seem capable of doing this (because their call log does not pre-pend the number 8).



Any advice?

HI ,



What Line using ? Analogue Line or ISDN ??



However goto dialplan/set out dial prefix and prepend 8 for redialing call
