V3000 with memory upgrade installed. Upgraded from 6_0_63 to 6_5_22. Logs were running clean until the upgrade was done. Now we are getting the following logs quit a bit through the day.

On this system we have 3103, 3102 A and B, an IP3000 Soundstation Polycom and some stand alone ATAs. The ATA patch for 6_0_65 and the Polycom patch both have been uploaded and system rebooted afterwards. Also we are showing the ATA as online but there is no dialtone being provided. The following error is being reported for this ATA:
0217:163711:0461 Dnld W fnTimeOut: Resending data packet MAC 00:e0:bb:31:f4:03
0217:163711:0461 Dnld W fnTimeOut: State 2 - Operation 1001 - next state 2

We are wanting to get this issue resolved due to the need of activating SIP, we need this system 100% before we move forward to prevent any future possible issues. Please advise.

Re: Download Image error
I need to correct some information on this question. The ATA patch for 6_5_22 (not 6_0_65)software was uploaded.

Re: Download Image error
My guess is that some of the images for 6.5.22 did not get copied over correctly.
here is what I would do:
1. boot the box to a previous image
2. delete 6.5.22 altogerther
3. after that, shutdown the box, shut it off, then restart in order to run the diskcheck called "fsck"
4. The reboot will take longer since you are running fsck.. you should attach a console cable and watch
it run and see what the results are.. this is just in case some bad parts on the disk and this will clean them up.
If fsck does not run, after the box reboots, you can run it by typing nbxFsCheck... but it does shut down
the system entirely while it runs.
4. reload 6.5.22

Re: Download Image error
Thank you for your response. We are having this issue with 4 out of 30 of our systems that we have upgraded. Is this a known issue with the software version?

Re: Download Image error
We had serious problem with 6.5.22 (NBX or SIP mode).
My great suggestion is DON'T USE IT ANYMORE!

Re: Download Image error
R6.5.22 is a decent version of cod e. However over the years , we have had releases to resolve issues in later releases . You must do the same with R6.5.22 Patches called P03 patch resolve a lot of issues . ALL sites should be at least R6.5.22 P03 release .
