Intermittent audio problem nbx v3000
Hello all,
we have a NBX V3000 BRI in use now for several years, since a few weeks we started to get complaints about external calls (inward) which could be answered, but where no audio is heard by either side. Usually when the external caller tries again the call succeeds. This happens about 5-10 times a week.
Recently we started logging with syslog, here is a few lines of the last 10 minutes before a called went wrong:

8:38:26 V3000 nbxLogger: 0326:083826:0230 Call W connect - Conference request but no conference address was reserved
Sidenote: we noticed that on of the BRI Spans the D-Channel of the connected ISDN was down, so we put this Span offline for the time being, until we resolve this.
Does any of you have any suggestions?

Wait, you disabled the D channel?

Re: Intermittent audio problem nbx v3000
No, I just noticed that the state of one of the D-Channels was 'Down' and therefor set the corresponding BRI Span to Offline.
But since this change several calls have been missed due to this problem, so either setting the BRI Span to offline does not help, or this is not the cause.
