Multisite Backup Error...

I have installed Multi-Site backup and when I go to lauch it gives me: "Application registration information found corrupted." I have uninstalled the application and reinstalled and I am still getting the error. Has anyone had this issue and found a way to resolve it?

what version of MSBK are you installing? have you had a previous version running?

I would try deleting the MSBK using the control panel/delete programs..



then reinstalling and see if that fixes the issue.
