NBX 100 - Time Displayed on Telephone Device

Hi,



We have two LAN, one with XXX.XXX.1.XXX and the other with XXX.XXX.30.XXX. The NBX 100 box is in the 1st network. Phones are working perfectly from both the network, but the time displayed on the second network is not correct. How can I fix this issue?

The NBX updates the time on the phones by sending a multicast packets... Sounds like your router is not allowing multicast between the two subnets.. fix this and the phones on the .30 subnet will get the correct time.
