If your Nightbell is using an Analog terminal  card port then it will have a setting in users to change the number of rings before going to coverage ( voicemail ) .

If it is just a tel then go into users / that ext numebr and change the coverage timeout to whatever you ened to do ( how many rings to voicemail ) .

Re: NBX 100 night bell frezing up on us

Set the timeout in the hunt group to 35 seconds ( If calling gp use total timeout , if other type be careful to set the device timeout to total up the rings on the tel to the total group ringing

6 seconds = 1 ring on the tel

7 rings = 35 seconds

Unfortunately, there is no "automatic" way to set the ring for night and day... you can go in and set it before you go home to 2 rings, then the next morning come in and set it to 7 rings.

Maybe a timed route will help you.. you can have the timed route go to the phone during the day, then

at night you can set it so it will go to voicemail (not ring the phone at all).... will this help?
