NBX Error Question

Why would the message below appear upon "apply" when trying to remap buttons (unlocked)?





Unable to save changes.



Invalid data has been entered or required data is missing.

What type of system ?

What code ?

What type of tel ?

What are you trying to map a button to ? detail here needed .



Commonly this error occurs when you are trying to map a button that is in use or is illegal for the button itself . I would need to know what you are trying to accomplish to see why this is occurring . I do not know .

You have a button that is not correct, for example:



Line/Extension (but no extension next to it)



That happens all the time, if you have removed a phone from a system, it removes that phone from all button mappings.

Set is a 3102



The initial mapping was done during install of the group and has been running for a couple of years.



The user has never had anything assigned to the map and requested it now.



All of the locations are either PSD, L/E, System, Release, SSD or Feature - but no values are assigned.

currently has initial mapping from install, though no extensions were ever assigned to the L/E locations. I am trying to apply internal extensions and PSD's to the map and NBX will not let me.
