I purchased a NBX V300 EQ, I need to buy the Service Express for the eq support. Can we buy it now, or is it out of storage.

 I have not heard  that you cannot buy a service contract . Check wioth our support folks at 800 876-3266 to start with . Sales wojuld be the one to contact .

Try this :

End Customer direct - They should have an assigned contract admin at HP. They can call the Customer Operations Center at 1-800-386-1115 if they have not received the letter or just don't know.
