NBX Slow to play messages in voicemail boxes

from the telephone, you get the inital prompt for password, then, if there are messages, there is a significant delay before the NBX plays the messages. If there are no messages then the relies from the NBX are quick.  There are users using IMAPY to access some mailboxes. Other than that, there are no noticibale errors in "i" stat or NBossLog
