Re: NBX V3001
Hello
Do I need to go into Net software or do i need to setup it up from the phone?
What I want to do is forward extension to another exteison.
Example, extension 2004 to extension 2006.
Phone systems that I have worked on in the past had this setup by default and you could do this from the phone itself.

Re: NBX V3001
I would go into netset / user like I explained above , easier and more options . Then you can turn it on and off form the telephone if you like as well .

Re: NBX V3001
I was able to forward my extension to another extension with no problem, but I was unable to forwarded from a phone in our office to another phone. Each phone in our office is part of a hunt group to receive outside calls. Would this be able problem?

Re: NBX V3001
Hunt Group calls use call coverage while a telephone , uses call forwarding ,., If you are trying to fwd a hunt group , select the hunt group and change call coverage .
