NBX® V3001R - Can receive incoming calls to direct line

Hello,

I bought an 3COM NBX 3C10400 analog terminal adapter on eBay to use with our phone system at work. In order for someone outside our organization to make calls to it, they have to call our main line then dial an extension. I cannot figure out how to get callers outside our organization to make call to its direct line. 

Is there a place in the NBX NetSet Administration Utility where I can adjust this?
