NBX V5000 Feature 425

Is it possible to access feature 425 from a telephone that is not on the NBX? For example, I want to monitor an interviewers call from home, using a cell phone. If so, what is the procedure?

Supervisor montior only allows a use rto be montiored form a supervisor tel . If the device is outside of the NBX then it cannot be monitored . Also , analog tels cannot be supervisors . In the admin guide it states what devices can monitor and what devices can be monitored .

Let be better phrase the question. Is it possible to monitor a device on the NBX from a device that is outside the NBX?
