NBX v3000 Invalid Extension
I had a user that was using an extension and his phone failed. We set him up on a temp phone on a different extension. Now when we go to change him back to the old extension we get the extension is invalid. We have rebooted, looked in the system for any occurence of the old extension, tried a completely new phone setup, etc. Still no luck. Any idea......

Re: NBX v3000 Invalid Extension
Did you remove the user and the tel ? Also look in dial plan/configure/modify extensions and see if it is in there ,. If it is , try and change the number to something else . If it is not , there is corruption in your db and that ext may not be recoverable .
How many tels ?
maybe a rebuild if its easy enough !

Re: NBX v3000 Invalid Extension
Yea I went through all that and don't see it. I am going to chalk it up to bad entry in the db and rebuild it.

Sorry to hear but We have seent hat issue on them past . Sometimes it gets stuck in the db way down in the code . Unfortunately no one here anymore to work those kind of issues . Good Idea as I hope its not too big ...
