Hi,

Can someone advise on the license code I need to order to add some 3102 business phones to a older NBX100 system, I have a customer with one and he needs a few more handsets.

I have the new HP code for the phone JE223A, I just need the license.

Support for the 3102A phones was addd in 4.2... support for the 3102B phones was added in 5.0.23 so you need to make sure you are running at least .. (I am not sure if the Je223A is a 3102A or 3102B phone)

Licenses are tied to the NBX serial number and must be purchased through HP. Call HP support.

Licenses are group 2 for a 3102 .
