New License

I have attempted to add a new ACD license to my V3000 system and received this error message; Invalid max./min. count.  How can this be corrected?

Unfortunately it takes a little bit of digging . My suggestion would be to open a case . We would need to get access to the site and review

Sorry I could nto guive you a better answer but we would need to get in and take a look . Could be a bad license key , ior something corrupted in the license.txt file . You could try backing up your existing licenses , removing the license .txt file from the NBX and reboot . Now add in your new license key . If it was corrupt , this would create a new license.txt and you would re install all of your licenses .
