Problem with NBX100 startup

Good day.

There was an electrical problem in my office last saturday and suddenly my NBX100 stopped to work.  It doesn't startup correctly and telephones can't initialize; all four analog cards leds are blinking and so the s3 led of the processor. I cannot access it via web browser but i can ping to its ip address and get answer. I can ftp to it but it doesn't recognize my username and password (i'm using same of the web interface). I connect it to a pc with a serial cable and i can execute CLI commands. When i run the i command i can see all procesess in status PEND and when i  reboot it, it doesn't show any error message but this:

PROGRAMMER/USER Error : -6

invalid database address

C errno = 0

Any ideas on how can i solve this?
