Retrieving voice mail from home
NBX 100
Ver R4_1_77
Looked through the docs, but can't find how a user can call into the system (from home or while traveling) and retrieve their voice mail. Is there a magic extension, or an action that can be added to the Level 1 menu system?
Getting their voice mail via email is unacceptable to users.

hi. If they just dial into their number, wait for their voicemail message, then press * . you will be prompted to enter your mailbox number and password

Re: Retrieving voice mail from home
The last reply is correct. Dial the main number to the office, when the auto attendant answers dial **. It will prompt you for your mailbox number.
