Re: SIP upgrade problem

what browser are you using? NBX does not support IE 8.

Try this with Firefox or IE 7 or IE 6.

Re: SIP upgrade problem

If your customers call into an Auto Attendant and then hit 1 to go to x1000 or something, hit 2 to go someother place, etc...

The Auto Attendant messages are wiped out when you change to SIP mode and you must rerecord them. I am betting this is it . .so the customers are not hearing any announcement.

Re-record your Auto Attendant greetings. Also, your users must rerecord their name and personal greetings.

(reason they are wiped out is in non-SIP mode the AA and voicemails are recorded in ADPCM.. when you change to SIP, all AA's and voicemails are recorded in G.711 or G.729 whichever you chose in the Netset screen)

Re: SIP upgrade problem

I am trying to get this system  off of auto attendant

The tech that is doing it comes in after hours ans was supposed to do this Friday night.  I know that there is a sub menu to allow the calls to go through the system during normal working hours, I just cant find it.

Re: SIP upgrade problem

On your PRI or Digital lines there is a menu that allows you to set what estension should be dialed when called.  It has open, closed, lunch and other.
