Setting up Test number for 3COM NBX V3000

We are moving to another carrier next week.

We were informed that we need to activiate the circuit first, before we port over our existing numbers. They want to setup a test number and connect our NBX to the new circuit to test inbound and outbound calls on that number.

What entry in the dial plan will allow me to make this number assocaited with system and to an extension so we can test calls?

Right now we accept 4 digits from our current carrier, how do we get a new 10 digit number setup in the NBX for this test?
