V3000

Have a v3000 and we have a user that keeps getting roll over calls and we need to know where they are coming from.  Running the reports shows that they are coming from a huntgroup that he is not in.  Beleived there is a user that has a phone forwarding, possibly and old employee.  Either way we have a very large amount of users so checking each one manually for forwarding can take a long time.  Is there a way to automate this to look up all forwards?

CDR will tell you where they are coming from. You mentioned a hunt group, but he is not a member of the hunt group. What is the call coverage of the hunt group? does it go to an Auto Attendant that may have

him listed as a "single digit transfer" or may have him listed in the timeout option.

Maybe he is configured as the Operator.. go to NBX Messaging/Personal Operator and see if his extension is listed there.

Re: V3000

when you say rollovers , do you mean calls to a tel that you do nto know where they come from ?  BoSoxFan is right by setting up cdr , make sure it is enabled , and find the call to that one device you know .  Then its as simple as foloowing the different legs of that call to find out wher eit came from . would need a bit more info as to the description , extension calls are seeing this on , and the code and platform as well for starters .
