Voicemail ports continually calling main hunt ring group

V3000   V6.0.49

Out of the blue the voicemail started calling the main hunt ring group.  All trunks are analog.  The status of the trunk shows VM ports calling ring group.  If answered you hear dial tone.  NOT a telco issue, the line is fine.  Will do it to any phone placed in the main ring group, so not a phone issue.  It will call in two ring bursts.  After disconnecting the line from the V3000 problem can stop for up too 15 minutes but will start again.  There are NO messages on the phone.  Turned off "off-site notification", problem continues.    Help

Re: Voicemail ports continually calling main hunt ring group

So internally the vmail ports are dialing the Hunt Group number for the att group ....

Boy thats a good one . Something in the NBX is telling it to dial a number . There are 2 places to turn off osn but I think if there is a msg it will continue to try .

You can enable cfg logging for the vmail ports , but not sure if it will tell you .

I would be on at least 6.0.63 code but that should not make a difference ....

V3K on 6.0.49 code .

OSN was enabled but is now off .

Any Main Att Mboxes that may have a msg or someone able to leave msg's in that is using OSN ?
