Voicemail retrieval and recovery?

Hi,

I have an nbx 100 in a remote office and can get into it using web browser.

Is there a way to download the voicemails somehow, and recover deleted not long ago voicemails?

As NBX can e-mail new voicemails out as WAV attachments I assume that voicemails can also be downloaded to a computer that can access NBX via http or ftp. Any ideas? Please.
