it is no longer . You must now log in as an HP cusotmer/vendor and you will  now have the HP Knowledgebase .

Unfortunately you must log in as an HP partner .. Its called SAW . Do you have access as an HP partner ?

Where do you find "SAW" on the HP Partner Portal?

I've created my own "knowledge base" in a custom google search engine,

 

bit.ly/pbxmanuals

 

and

 

bit.ly/pbxforums

 

The NBX manuals are indexed there.

Are you saying that the the 3com knowledgebase is now part of the HP partner portal?

 

I logged into the partner site, and I couldn't find anything called SAW anywhere. So I googled HP SAW, found Services Access Workbench at http://h41302.www4.hp.com/km/saw/getPHP.do?phpId=ods_na-c01883652-1&oid=4023279, but eventually it reaches an IIS local client cert error page. 

 

HTTP Error 403.7 - Forbidden: SSL client certificate is required.

We were one of the top yearly VCX SMB sellers over the past few years and could really use access to it. Who should I contact about getting access to it? 

 

Was the 3Com knowledge base public or did it have public and partner-only areas?
