What is in NBX 6.5?

I am hearing a lot of rumors about a new release of NBX, 6.5.. can someone verify what is in it and when it will be out???

Yes, NBX Development is working on a new release, 6.5. This will be a free release for all customers that are running NBX 6.0.

The main feature in this release is that customers that want SIP will no longer have to purchase a separate Voicemail box like IP Messaging. The NBX Voicemail will support SIP.



This is currently scheduled for a March, 2009 release.

will the NBX 100 be supported in this release?

The NBX100 will be able to load 6.5 just like other 6.0 versions but will not be able to run in SIP mode. The NBX does not have the horsepower. The only upgrade in 6.5 is you will be able to use the Native voicemail not the external messaging server.

NBX100 in SIP mode is not supported in 6.0 either.. not enough memory/horsepower

looks like it is not available for the 100 as previously mentioned, I was hoping for a maintenance release with some bug fixes above 6_0_63
