Where to get 6_5_22 for V3000 Analog

I have an hour window right now to upgrade. I see it on FTP for V5000 but not sure if that will work for me. Any ideas?

All upgrades are under "downloads" on the main 3com site, and you can type your model in, for ex v3000 and it will show up.
