auto attendant

i have problem with auto attendant, when someone call external (PRI) to internal the auto atthendant listening distorted, but when call the same auto attendant from internal extension i listening perfect

check the network between the PRI and the NBX ..are they on the same switch? what is the config?

The audio would go from the NBX port to the PRI.. .. are any users complaining about PRI calls? or is it just

Auto Attendant?
