caller id external incoming nbx v3001r

I want configure the nbx v3001r for show the caller id on display of caller external incoming, somebody help me? I read that is with pretranslator of dial plan, do you help me please?

Inbound caller id is controlled by the telco . Not by the NBX .  We only pass on what the Telco is sending us inbound . Outbound , yes we can use a pretranslator and maniplute the caller id .
