invalid mailbox

i have nbx100's in all locations each location has 4 digit ext's i cannot transfer a voice mail from ext 1127 to 1613



keeps indicating invalid mailbox.



1127 is one location and 1613 is another location



i could use some help in this area

voicemail cant be transferred between sites.

If you log into netset as a user and play the voicemail using mediaplayer, you can save the email as a wav file and then forward the wav file,via email.

Also offsite notification to an email address will gave a wav file attachment that can be forwarded.
