licences after replacing a defunc drive

I have a V3k unit that the HD died. I swapped the HD with an older drive (from another V3K ) I had. Now all I see is the R5 and R6 licences. All other licences (15@GRP2) disapeared. How do I recover them?

Contact 800 876-3266 and ask to have them Transfeerred to the new unit .



Did you do a back up on the old database for the licenses ?



If you did  , then , You can run a 4.X or a 5.X  version then install the license.txt . Then install your back up and you are all set .
