nbx offsite voicemail locks up

have not recieved any offsite notifications for a week or so. When testing using wire shark, found nbx was contacting and communicating with exchange server, but it is putting in the wrong address, this wrong address was put in for testing last week. after test complete put correct email address in.

Now, anyone getting an offsite notification is not, and this wrong address keeps going out out.

Is there a way to clear this issue without rebooting the nbx?

have you tried disabling off site notification and then set it back up?

I had to do a reboot before I could test that out.

The problem cleared after the reboot.

Oh well, until the next time....
