oporator for ext 0
ok i had to replace are oporators telphone and when i did that i brok the link to 0 for the ext 3111 how do i fix that in the nbx 100 right now when we dail 0 it gives me all ports are busy.
this is what show up in the logs for it when we dial it: 01-05-2011 15:56:19 Kernel.Error 10.40.13.96 JAN 05 15:56:13 Singh_NBX100 nbxLogger: 0105:155613:0942 Router E Routing algorithm failed for inDigits=0 RouteId=4

the operator group under extension list *0004 and make sure the operator is a member . I have seen at times sometines after changing tels out that the macs never get updated . A reboot may resolve the issue . Funny as I had a case on that last nite ...

lol i think you where the one that i had talk to on the phone from hps support center
