The solution is to switch from IP-on-the-fly to Ethernet only AND reboot the system.  We you change from IP-on-the-fly to Ethernet only you are NOT prompted to reboot.  However you must reboot.

Yes but what if you are useing VTL's & need the IP on the Fly ?????

If you have a large investment in phones you might want to go the vcx route, since its pure IP and therefore L3 routable. Sorry, that's the best answer I know.
