program extension to a phone

One of our 3 com model 3102 phones has tanked. I have several phones at empty desks so I could use one of those,  but can't find instructions on how to program it to the existing extension.  Does anyone have a guide to doing this?

Login to the NBX.  Click on user configuration, users, click on the old extension, select the phone you want to use.  Be sure to delete the old user of the extension you are removing.
