ACD Real Time Statistics

Can anyone tell me what the " Caller Exit " field indicates on the RTS screen ?

 

I see that it increments when  ACD is in the closed state and call covers to VM, but can't figure out why its incrementing during the day.

I know the total time out is not being exceeded.
