Download a users outgoing greeting on the VCX?
Is it possible to download a users outgoing greeting on the VCX? If so, has it been documented?
I've heard through the grapevine that it's possible, per a 3com engineer, but it's not supported and fairly difficult to find as the location changes with different releases.
I did find where to get the auto-attendant greetings. It's in the ipmessaging tar file that is pulled from the web backup (vcx v8 or higher only, in v7 you need to backup from the ssh/vcx_aa troubleshooting assistant. You'll also need the acarda vox audio converter.
