Transfer to voicemail on desktop communicator

Transfer to voicemail on desktop communicator

I am using the desktop communicator. I can transfer a call to another extension successfully, but how do I transfer the call within communicator to a users voicemail if I know they are not at their desk and not have the transfered call ring throught the call coverage.
