VCX Mailbox password Expired

We have VCX 7000 server running Call processor and IP messaging. last two week getting calls from users that their Mailbox password expired and need to change. Check on the server and Duration of the password life is set to 999. Is it possible to make changes on the server so that user password nerver expired.

Welcome to my world! I have had the same issue for some time. I was advised to set the password life to 0 and that would have it not expire. That said I have done that and still have users complain about passwords expiring. Hope you have better luck than I have.

I have Duration of Password Life (days) set to 0 for both of my COS on the web interface. One for voicemail and the other set for efaxes. I have never got a call regarding password expirations unless I entered in a new password for an individual's voicemail box.

Have you set the option to 0 and clicked on save & update users for all of your COS?
