VCX VOICE MAIL PORTS

Can anyone point me in the right direction to figure out how many voice mail ports there on my VCX V6100.  Thank you...

Hi,

 

That information is available in either the web or the older "Blue GUI" IP Messaging interfaces, depending on the VCX version installed.

 

I believe that there are 120 voice mail ports available by default. Note that there is a difference between voice mail ports and voice mail boxes. Voice mail ports determine how many simultaneous callers can access voice mail. Voice mail boxes determine which phones have voice mail available.
