Voicemail box making telephone call.

How is it possible that a voicemail box, not a registered telephone or user. Just a simple voicemail box. We have this in call history as well as generated call on the log server. I will provide any information required to resolve this issue. Thank guys!

You can make calls from a voicemail box, someone is dialing into the box then giving the password and then making a call. It is recomended to change the amount of digits allowed to be dialed by a mailbox. We had numerous clients hacked with this feature. Using default passwords on mailboxes should be changed as well.
