HP Service Anywhere March 2013 Release

‎04-01-2013 11:13 PM - edited ‎09-27-2015 07:14 PM

Last November, HP introduced HP Service Anywhere which was built using the philosophy that software should be easy to use, easy to maintain and easy to administer – all based on industry best practices and an ITIL framework.  Our goals included delivering continual added value through a regular cadence of upgrades to be delivered seamlessly to our customers as part of their subscription service.  On March 29, 2013 our most recent upgrade became generally available and was pushed out to systems worldwide.

This release includes a variety of new features and productivity improvements.  Localization was expanded to include 11 more languages making a total availability of 15 languages.  Details of this release can be found on the Service Anywhere Community site where I have a related post that includes an attached “What’s New” document.

The best way to learn more about HP Service Anywhere is to register for access to  HP’s free trial system. You’ll receive credentials that allow a 21-day access to a shared instance so you can personally experience the service.
