11.11 vPar won't come up in a mixed environment

I have 3 vPars in this nPar.
ussbtsh1_vpar - hpux 11.31 - vPars A.05.03
ussbtsh2_vpar - hpux 11.23 - vPars A.04.03.03
ussbhda3_vpar - hpux 11.11 - vPars A.03.05

If I boot off ussbhda3's disk and "hpux /stand/vpmon -a", the ussbhda3_vpar comes up okay so I know it's /stand/vpdb is okay.

If I boot of ussbtsh1's disk and "hpux /stand/vpmon -a", the ussbtsh1 & ussbtsh2 vpars come up, but ussbhda3 fails with the following.
...Failed to patch new partition's kerlam
...ussbhda3_vpar has halted.

Doing a "vparextract -l" shows me the follign in the log..
WARNING:CPU7:MON:Symbol 'vpmon_present' not found
WARNING:CPU7:MON:Failed to patch new partition's kernel
ERROR:CPU7:MON:[15:56:17 5/23/2008 GMT] ussbhda3_vpar load failed

Any ideas ?
