Can not reinstall IgniteUX

Hi All,
My igniteUX server is corrupted so I wanted to reinstall it. I downloaded it from hp.com and file name is: Ignite-UX-11-00_C.7.2.94_HP-UX_B.11.00_32+64.depot.
I ftp it to my server and start swinstall. Installation start but after few seconds it is suspended. I am receiving these errors:

Error: tar:
/var/spool/sw/Ignite-UX-11-00_C.7.2.94_HP- UX_B.11.00_32+64.depot: This doesn't look like a tar archive

Error: tar:
/var/spool/sw/Ignite-UX-11-00_C.7.2.94_HP- UX_B.11.00_32+64.depot:

Error: Failed installing fileset
"Ignite-UX.BOOT-COMMON-PA,r=C.7.2.94". Check the above output for details.

Error: Internal error. Software item "BOOT-KRN-11-00" not found on tape depot. This might indicate depot is corrupt. This error occured in function "idam_LoadTapeItems", source file "id_ser.c", line 3892. Please give this information to your Hewlett-Packard support contact.

Is there anybody can help me?

It sounds like your download of the depot is corrupt. Download it again and double check the checksums. Then use swremove to remove the existing version before installing the new.

Shalom,

1) swremove the old version first after backing up any customization you did to config files.

2) Check that your download completed and swinstall again.

I think your download was incomplete or mangled by the windows ftp client.

The ftp command in windows has a default of transferring files in ascii mode.
Make sure you use bin mode to transfer the file to the hp-ux system.
