I'm just setting up our ignite server and have the following question:
We have loads of different network cards and fibre channel cards. In my core depot I have all the drivers, but how to select the correct ones on install? Is there any way of doing it automatically? Or if it is manual is there any list of drivers like btlan3=A1234A ie driver name to product number. Any ideas welcome. (Of course we should have a hardware list for each machine and choose off the correct ones but we don't!!)
Cheers,
Rob

Hi Rob:
As far a network cards go, the best matrix of product to driver that I know is this:
http://techsolutions.hp.com/fe/configs.html#config_files
For fibre cards, see here:
http://techsolutions.hp.com/fc/fchome.htm
Regards!
