The error:-
NOTE: The following files are in the list of files that were on the
system, but they are no longer present. These files are not
included in the back-up:
/var/tmp/ign_configure/make_sys_image.log
Is normal and occurs because the system created and deletes tempory file as it is running. These files were there when ignite started, but when it came to back them up they had been deleted.
If ignite completes without any error it is normally successful, althought is it wise to test your ignite backups from time to time.
The disk errors you are getting:-
vgcfgbackup: Warning: couldn't query physical volume "/dev/dsk/c4t0d2":
The specified path does not correspond to physical volume attached to
this volume group
indicate that you have disks in volume groups that do not exist or have been moved.
