HPUX 11.11 - Issue with ignite backup
Due to the crash of the boot disk, we replaced the disk and rebuilt from Ignite tape.
Now the system works as we expected. However, when I took the ignite backup today the following warnings appeard. Please advise me.

Re: HPUX 11.11 - Issue with ignite backup
It would appear to me that certain devices are missing on the restored system. What is unclear is whether the restore succeeded and the system booted.
Please clarify.

Re: HPUX 11.11 - Issue with ignite backup
If the system is functional, test it. Make sure basic functionality is there and it can perform needed work.
if so, you can then make a new Ignite recovery tape and deal with any errors in that archive.
Bringing the system and Ignite infrastructure to a more current version sometimes helps.
It is likely but not certain that you can ignore the recovery errors.

Re: HPUX 11.11 - Issue with ignite backup
I have checked the flist and I can see the
below entry in the flist.
1 120755 1275659722 17 0
How can I identify this in the system? is it a file or something else?
Thanks,

Can you show the lines around this line?
Is it just missing the name?

Re: HPUX 11.11 - Issue with ignite backup
In the root folder there was a file without the name (file name was null). I removed using rm -i ?
For the missing device file, the IOSCAN shows the ids 29-41 and all the SAN DISK were claimed.
But this is a secondary node in the cluster. Currently the Package is in the Primary node.
If I failover to secondary, will this be resolved? Please advise.
Regards,
