ENTRY_INIT Status = -7 usually means "can not find boot device" which means either your boot disk bit the dust or OS got corrupted.
Check to see if you can boot off from a core-os CD or ignite tape and see the drive as you are installing a new system. If the root disk is not showing up, it means you have a bad hardware. If it shows up, it may indicate a corrupt disk, in which case a fresh OS reload may fix your problem.

I realized you placed this under ignite-ux section. If this error was encountered while using a bootable backup tape (BBT), there is a strong possibility that your BBT is corrup and it is a very common incidence. Try getting a new BBT under these circumstances.
