Ignite A.3.7.95 on HP-UX_10.20

I have an older HP9000 server running HP-UX 10.20. On this I have installed the recovery-part of Ignite A.3.7.95. and included patch PHCO_20388. But when I try to run make_tape_recovery -A, I get this error when the system is trying to create the tape Archive:
make_medialif: error - /opt/ignite/data/Rel_B.10.20/SYSCMDS does not exist.
ERROR: System Error, /opt/ignite/bin/make_medialif failed creating boot LIF file

After this I get the prompt and nothing has happened.
Has anyone seen something like this?

Check the output for swlist:
# swlist -l fileset |grep -i ignite

If there is more than one version of Ignite, swremove them. Reinstall Ignite and try this again.

Perfect!! 1/10 of an old ignite-installation was present at the system.. thanks for the answer...
