Ignite Memory fault(coredump)

Hello, I'm getting this message when running an ignite backup make_net_recovery:

* Checking Versions of Recovery Tools
* Scanning system for IO devices...
Memory fault(coredump)

I did an update from 11.23 yo 11.31

Ignite version:

Since the abort occurred during a scan, I would manually try 'ioscan' on your machine, see if this is an I/O or ioscan issue.
