Ignite UX questions

I would like to know:

How it takes to install Ignite-UX?

Do you have to re-boot in the install?

What kind of threats are then when installing it while client server is running?

Installing Ignite/UX is a very easy process. It does not take long at all, probably less than 5 minutes. There is NO reboot required and very little risk in installing while the system is running.

I've removed and installed the Ignite/UX product several times on a production system in the middle of the day without any ill effects.

Download the tar file, then untar the file and run the install program with swinstall.

You can also use the application CD's that come with your system.

There is no reboot at all with the ignite/ux product.
