Ignite VMhost

Hi,

Is it save to use Ignite to make_net_recovery
a VM HOST ?

We use ignite to backup our guests.

This question is about the VM Host.

Yes U can use ignite for backup of VMHost, u can go for both tape ignite and network ignite.
As feasible to ur setup.

Shalom,

Last contract, I used Ignite to back up guests and hosts of hpvm environment. This is a good practice.

I've done recovery in both.

Hi Joao,

Yes sure you can use ignite for backing up VM host without problem, it works just fine. I have used it in my environment.
